This is a stylish Hon-Fukuro obi with vibrant dragons on 'yabure-shokkou'(torn-octagon and rectangle) pattern, which is woven.
The shokkou pattern has traditional designs such as sippous and 'kikko'(tortoise shell), which is also woven.
Gold foil threads woven in the pattern are gorgeously shining.
The textile is exquisite silk, and has soft touch.
Both ends are not sewn, and lining is not added inside.(It is not completed as an obi.)
It is relatively short, 372cm(12'4").

There are noticeable discoloration, patinas and stains overall.(B and 4th imperfection photos)
It has prominent stains on maegara(front patterned part).
However, when you start wrapping the obi from your left tummy to right(Rotate obi clockwise), almost of them will be hidden.(C)
It has a noticeable stain near tare(wide end), which is not shown when wore.(3rd imperfection photo)
It has deep smudges beside folding lines.(The last photo)
For the details, please refer to the photos and figure.

Wear or not has individual difference due to the flaws.
However, it must be an amazing handicraft material or interior.
We hope you enjoy this tasteful piece!
