This is a pre-tied Nagoya obi with vibrant 'tsubaki' (camellia) and orchid design, which is woven.
It is made by Tatsumura with brand name 'Tatsumura'(secondary brand)
Elegant colorful foil threads woven in the pattern are gorgeously shining.
The textile is exquisite silk, and has soft touch.

It seems that a Hon-Fukuro obi have been re-tailored for pre-tied Obi.
It is separates into two pieces for a 'otaiko'(square bow) and a belt part.

The both parts has prominent discoloration and patinas overall.(1st imperfection photo)
There are slight smudges of through edges. (4th imperfection photo)
The tare(wide end) has missing threads (A), smudges (B) and coming loose stitches about 5.1in(13cm)(8th imperfection photo).
The maegara(front patterned part) has slight stains and prominent discoloration.(C,D)
It has some other flaws, such as frays on the designs, as shown on photos.
For the details, please refer to the photos and figure.

Unfortunately, it is no longer in wearable condition due to the flaws.
However, it must be a great handicraft material or interiors!
we hope you enjoy this gorgeous design!
