This is a rose pink Hon-Fukuro Obi with large cloud pattern, which is woven.
This piece is made by Kawashima Weaving Co., one of the most famous obi weavers.
Gold and silver threads woven in the pattern are gracefully shining.
Textile is exquisite silk and has soft touch.
You can see three lines and 'gunpai'(referee's fan) mark on the tare end, which are the evidence of Kawashima's obi.
Both ends are roughly sewn, but not disturbing for wearing.
The length is rather short.424cm (13'10.9")
The smudges on both edges and corners are not so noticeable.
The quite tiny stain near the 'Maegara' (front patterned part) will be on the folding lone when tied. (refer to the 4th flaws photo)
The rather large snags will be hidden.
For details, please check the figure and photos.
Though it has some flaws, it is in very good condition overall.
We hope you enjoy this stylish fashion!
