This is a graceful Hon
Fukuro obi with a scenery design, which is woven.
It is a scenery of a roadway from Edo, Nikko to Chu-zenji lake.
This piece was woven by Kawashima Weaving Co., one of the most famous obi weavers.
You can see the three lines and 'gunpai'(referee's fan) mark on the tare end, which are the evidence of Kawashima's obi.
Textile is exquisite silk and has smooth touch.
Stains are tiny and not seen when tied.
It also has slight folding lines.
