This is a cute vintage Nagoya obi with 'botan'(peony) and 'sakura'(cherry blossom) pattern, which is woven.
The design contrasts finely with the mint green color background.
Gold foil threads woven in the pattern are elegantly shining.
Textile is silk and jinken(rayon) blend and has rather smooth touch.
It is relatively short, 317cm(10'40").

Stains on the upper 'otaiko'(square bow) are prominent but they are not so noticeable on the same base color.(A)
Snags are not noticeable.
Stains on 'maegara' (front patterned part) of Kanto wrap (rotate obi counterclockwise) side are prominent but they could not be seen under Obijime cord.
Also they will not be seen if you tied with Kansai wrap side. (Rotate obi clockwise)
It also has slight folding lines.
Please check photos and figure.

However, it is in very good conditions as a vintage.

Please enjoy its retro and charming design which only vintage items have.
