This is a lovely vintage
Nagoya obi with flower cart of 'tsubaki'(camellia), 'ume'(plum blossoms) and 'kiku'(chrysanthemum) pattern, which is embroidered.
Gold foil threads woven in the pattern modestly.
Textile is glossy plain silk and has smooth touch.
Maegara(front patterned part) is only one side.
When you start wrapping the obi from your left tummy to right(Rotate obi clockwise), designed side of Maegara will show.
It is relatively short, 328cm (10'76'').
Not shown on the sheet, the wrong side fabric is pulled a bit and seen from the right side.(Please see the 2nd photo from top)
It has vague stains such as color staining on 'maegara' (front patterned part) of Kansai wrap(rotate obi clockwise) side.(C)
Stains on 'otaiko'(square bow) and taresaki(end of wide part) are slight and not noticeable.(Second photo of flaws, A)
It has slight discolorations by ages overall.
It has some other flaws such as stains(B) and a pinhole.
For the details, please refer to the photos and the sheet.
Though it has some flaws by ages, please enjoy its full taste of vintage!
