This is an exotic vintage Hon Fukuro obi with jar, 'Karakusa'(arabesque) and decorative bird pattern, which is woven.
Gold foil threads are shining modestly.
It also has lion and tree pattern.
Textile is exquisite silk and has light touch.
The length is rather short. 400cm(13ft 1.48in)
It has lining inside, but both sides are not sewn.
The size of lining is not matched.
The outside is shrunk.
Its lining has been pulled out from 'taresaki'(end of part).
Its seams of edges has been pulled out.
It has slight discoloration and a stain.
It has frays and slight folding lines.

*It has a bit of old smell.
It has many imperfections, but they are not noticeable when you tie.
