This is a graceful summer
Tsumugi Fukuro obi with wave design, which is woven.
Its base is kushi-ori(comb weaving) like transparent feeling.
Silver foil threads are shining modestly on the design.
Textile is exquisite silk and has soft touch.
Lining is not added inside.
Both ends are rather roughly sewn, that are no problem to wear.
It has a tiny and noticeable patina next to 'otaiko'(square bow) design.
It will be hidden if tied neatly. (1st imperfection photo)
It has similar imperfections on 'maegara' (front pattern on belly).
However, when you start wrapping the obi from your left tummy to right (Rotate obi clockwise), they will be hidden.
For the details, please refer to the photos and figure.
Though it has some imperfections, it is still wearable enough.
Please enjoy its graceful fashion!
