This is a charming vintage
Nagoya obi with leaf pattern, which is woven.
It also has stream pattern, which is woven with shining gold foil threads.
Textile is exquisite silk and has light touch.
The length is rather short. 335.5cm(11ft 0.09in)
It has rather big loose threads on 'taresaki'(end of part). (1st imperfection photo)
It has missing threads by fray in places of gold foil threads parts on 'otaiko'(square bow) and 'maegara' (front pattern on belly). (A,B,F)
It has holes caused by frays on left upper edge of 'otaiko'(square bow).
Lining can be seen. (6th imperfection photo)
It has a disturbing and reddish stain on 'maegara' (front pattern on belly) of Kansai wrap(rotate obi clockwise) side. (D)
It also has some other imperfections such as slight folding lines.
