This is a shioze
Nagoya obi with a kikyo(Japanese bell flower) and nadeshiko(fringed pink) on a kaede(maple leaf) pattern, which is dyed.
The subdued color design is elegant.
The textile is shioze silk, and it has soft and comfortable smooth touch, which is a feature of shioze silk.
It is rather long, 382cm(12'6").
*The background color looks uneven in the photos, but actually it is one tone of color.*
Though not shown in the figures and the photos, there is slight discoloration all over.
The discoloration in the creases of the 'tare'(the wide end) is rather prominent.
The discoloration in the creases of the 'otaiko'(the square bow) is very prominent, but it won't be seen when it's tied in the shape shown in the photo before the figure.
The folding lines are hardly noticeable.
There are tiny snags, but they are not noticeable.
There is a mark of peeled sticker on the wrong side of the 'tare'(the wide end).
For details, please check the figure and photos.
If you don't mind the discoloration in the 'otaiko'(the square bow), it is still in good condition to wear.
We hope you enjoy this elegant design!
