This is an elegant
Nagoya obi with a cloud and flower pattern of botan(peony), which is woven.
It is also dyed with the ombre dyeing technique, and Raden(design in mother-of-pearl inlay) foil is added to it, which has dreamy atmosphere.
Though not shown in the figures, There is slight discoloration in the base due to its age.
There are also a few slight patches of patina on the 'tare-saki'(tare end).
There is a slight brown stain on the 'maegara'(the front design), but it won't be seen if you start wrapping the obi from your right tummy to the left (Rotate obi counterclockwise).
There are some other faults such as folding lines, so please check the figure and photos for details.
If you do not mind these slight faults, it still can be worn.
We hope you enjoy this elegant fashion!
