This is a
Fukuro obi with 'seigaiha'(wave), 'Kiku'(chrysanthemum) and 'Ume'(Japanese plum) on fan pattern, which is woven.
Gold and silver foil threads are woven in the vibrant pattern gorgeously.
Textile is exquisite silk and has rather crisp touch.
Both ends are roughly sewn by individuals.
There are tiny patinas along the both edges from tare end to lower otaiko, but they are slight.(1st flaw photo)
Although not shown on the photo and figure, it is discolored slightly overall by ages.
There is a slight brownish stain lower otaiko, but it can be hidden when tied.(flaw photo A, X mark on the figure)
Besides it has folding lines, so please check photos for details.
If these flaws do not bother you, it could be still worn.
Please enjoy its elegant fashion!
