This is a
Houmongi Kimono and
Fukuro obi set by Sansai Saito, one of the most famous kimono desingers.
It has colorful butterfly design, which is dyed on the monotone 'somewake'(dyed in various colors) base.
Gold glazing is added to the pattern and tastefully shining.

It has elegant butterfly design, which is dyed on the 'somewake'(dyed in various colors) base.
Textile is glossy exquisite silk and has smooth touch.
It has woven sayagata pattern on the base.
There is a name and a stamp of the designer's signature on the right front panel.
It has slight discoloration partly but they are not noticeable on the glossy base.
Stains(C) are not remarkable.
The lining has faint discoloration and a rust by snap-button.

Fukuro obi It has a same design with kimono.
Textile is exquisite silk and has soft touch.
There is a name and a stamp of the designer's signature on tare.
It has prominent folding lines.
Not shown on the sheet, they are prominent folding lines on 'otaiko'(square bow).
A blackish stains are seen on 'maegara' (front patterned part) but they are not prominent.(First photo of flaws)
Other stains would not be seen when tied.
Please check photos and figure.
If these minor flaws do not bother you, it could be still worn.
