This is a gorgeous set of vintage hon-furisode and a kasane(extra kimono to be worn between juban and outermost kimono).
They were put together, but the size is not the same, so it is not sure if they were worn together.
The bottoms of both Hon - Furisode and the Kasane are slightly padded to trail along the floor.

A Hon - Furisode with a cloud, bamboo, matsu(pine tree) and branched ume(Japanese apricot) pattern which is dyed.
A classical pattern is also added to the pattern with gold foil.
'Kinkoma'(thick golden threads) embroidery work is also added to the design.
The textile is exquisite silk and has soft touch.
The collar is 'hiro-eri'(unfolded).
It has five dyed kamons(family crest).

There are rather noticeable brown stains extensively as you can see in the figure.(C)
There are discoloration and patches of patina all over due to its age.
The lining has large perspiration stains, but they are not reflecting to the outside. (G)
The lining has also rather prominent discoloration.
There are some other faults, so please check the figures and photos for details.

A kasane(extra kimono to be worn between juban and outermost kimono).
This is made with the Donuki style, which is lined only the lower half and sleeves.

It has prominent discoloration in the bodice.
There are also slight discoloration and patches of patina on the other parts.
There are perspiration stains.(C)
There are some other faults, so please check the figures and photos for details.

Though it has some faults due to its age, we hope you enjoy its gorgeous design in the Showa period (1926- 1989)!
