This is an an elegant Fukuro obi with flower basket of 'Kiku'(chrysanthemum) and 'Kikyo'(Japanese bellflower) pattern, which is embroidered.
Gold threads woven in the pattern are gracefully shining.
This piece was woven by Kawashima Weaving Co., one of the most famous obi weavers.
Textile is exquisite silk and has soft touch.
'Maegara' (front patterned part) is on one side.
When you start wrapping the obi from your right tummy to left(Rotate obi counterclockwise), Maegara will show.
There is a gunpai-mark(referee's fan) inside the tare, which is distinct features of textile woven by Kawashima Weaving Co, one of the most famous obi weavers in Kyoto.

The blackish discoloration of gold foils look like stains, and they sill a little show below the otaiko(square bow).
The foils from the tare end to the 'Maegara' (front patterned part) are slightly discolored.
It has some other flaws such as slight folding lines and stains.
For the details, please refer to the photos and figure.

It is in very good condition as a whole.
