This is an elegant Tsumugi Houmongi Kimono with 'Kyoshi'(saw tooth), 'Sarasa'(chintz) pattern and Chinese imaginary flower arabesque design, which is dyed.
The background has dyed tiny classical pattern on 'kiredori'(overlapping fabric scraps).
It also has shibori(tie-dye) flower design.
Textile is exquisite silk and has soft and nubby touch with rustic atmosphere.
It's Donuki-jitate which is only lined on the lower half to wear it coolly.(It has no upper lining and sleeve lining, but has Hakkake and cuffs, but 'Douura' (upper lining) remains partially.)
It is sewn by Yamato, one of the famous Japanese kimono shop.

*Though the photo shows uneven colors by the angle of light, actual background color is one color.

It has quite slight discoloration partially on the collar lining and 'Douura' (upper lining).
It has no other prominent flaws, and it is in very good condition.
For the detail, please check figures and photos.

It has basting stitches and seems just been cleaned.

Though it has some flaws, we hope you enjoy its tasteful design.
