This is a shioze Nagoya obi with a dyed design of boatman going on a raft.
The pattern is from a Japanese woodblock print of Katsushika-Hokusai.
The textile is shioze silk, and it has soft and comfortable smooth touch, which is a feature of shioze silk.

It has stains on the 'tare-saki'(tare end) and 'otaiko'(the square bow). They are slight, but will be a little disturbing to wear because the base color is light.(refer to the 2nd photo of flaws)
It has other deep stains on the 'maegara'(the front design), and a dark one(A).(They won't be seen if you start wrapping the obi from your right tummy to the left (Rotate obi counterclockwise))
It has slight discoloration in the base due to its age, especially in the diagonal lines in the figure, it is relatively prominent.
There are some other faults such as folding lines, so please check the figure and photos for details.

Though it has some faults, we hope you enjoy this attractive fashion in every day use!
