This is an Irotomesode Kimono made by Chiso, one of the high-end kimono dyer in Kyoto.
It has a design of waterfall, treasures and sayagata pattern, which is dyed around the hem.
Gold glazing and embroidery work are added to the design partly.
Textile is exquisite silk and has soft touch.
Hiyoku (additional layer) is attached.
It has 3 dyed mon(family crest).
It has a stamp of the designer's signature on collar end of the right front panel.

It has loose stitches on a part of uchiage(re-sewed the length).(D)
Discoloration and smudges are slight.(A,E)
It has some other flaws on Hiyoku (additional layer) and the lining.
Please check photos and figure for other flaws.

Not shown on the sheet and in the photos, the lining and Hiyoku (additional layer) have prominent discoloration.
Embroidery work is coming loose on the left side seam.

If you don't mind those flaws, it is still in good condition to wear at formal occasions.
