This is a tasteful Tsume tsuzure Nagoya obi with 'Botan'(peony) and 'Ume' (plum blossom) on 'Jigami'(fan shape) pattern, which is woven.
Gold and silver foil threads woven in the pattern are elegantly shining.
Textile is exquisite thick silk with woven lattice pattern and has smooth touch.
It also has "HATSURIKOU" (small gap in the boundaries of colors), which is the distinctive feature of Tsume tsuzure weave.

'Maegara' (front patterned part) is on one side.
When you start wrapping the obi from your left tummy to right(Rotate obi clockwise), Maegara will show.

One threads by one threads, it was woven elaborately with nails, and it had to be taken incredibly long time to be completed.

Though not indicated, it has some tiny stains in places along the creases of otaiko(square bow).
The discoloration on its base is slight and a reddish stain on upper otaiko(square bow) will be hidden when tied.(refer to the 2nd flaws photo)
It has some other flaws such as relatively prominent folding lines and smudges along the lines (no photo).
For the details, please refer to the photos and figure.

Though it has some flaws, it could be worn if these minor flaws do not bother you.
Please enjoy its elegant and lovely fashion!
