This is a charming opened Tsume-tsuzure Nagoya obi with a ran(orchid) design, which is woven with shiny gold and silver threads.
Textile is exquisite thick silk and has soft touch.
It also has "HATSURIKOU" (small gap in the boundaries of colors), which is the distinctive feature of Tsume tsuzure weave.

'Maegara' (front patterned part) is on one side.
When you start wrapping the obi from your right tummy to left(Rotate obi counterclockwise), Maegara will show.

One threads by one threads, it was woven elaborately with nails, and it had to be taken incredibly long time to be completed.

*The real base color is little more reddish than photos.

It has noticeable blackish stains on Otaiko(the square bow).(reffer to the 2nd photo)
It has slight smudges along the crease of Maegara(the front design).(reffer to the 4th photo)
It has other flaws such as folding lines, so for the detail please check figures and photos.

Though it has some flaws, and it is in a very good condition as a whole.
Please enjoy its charming fashion!
