This is a Showa period (1926- 1989) Meisen Kimono with ajisai (hydrangea)-like colorful flowers? or maybe fireworks? and 'shikishi' (square papers) pattern, which is woven.
Textile is silk, and it has soft touch.
Collar is bachi-eri(folded collar).
Doura 'upper lining' is and Hakkake 'lower lining' are both wool.

Basting stitches are partly remained, and it may be after being cleaned.
It has rather prominent discoloration and patinas. (D)
Patinas on sleeves and both side seams may be noticed.
There are fine and light stains on left front panel. (A)
It has some other flaws, such as slight stains and tiny snags, weaving flaws, and discoloration and stains on lining, as shown on photos.

Because of the light background color, patinas and discoloration may be noticed.

Because of the flaws, it may be better as a practice wear!
