This is a cute boy's han-juban(half length under garment) from pre WWII.
Boy, plane and dog are dyed in check background, and its design has fantastic old fashioned taste of Taisho period(1912-1925).
Textile is exquisite silk, and has very soft touch.
It has some stains and stitches of the right underarm are coming loose. However, as a whole it is in very good condition.
