This is a vintage noragi, farmer's work wear made of thick asa, Japanese hemp. Textile is thick and has stiff and rough touch, which is good feature of asa.
Its fine pattern is dyed.
Photos look black, but its real color is beautiful deep navy.
It has repaired tears in the chest, but as a whole it is in very good condition.
