This is a silk maru obi from mid-Showa period.
It has classic crane pattern, which is woven gorgeously.
It has slightly textured and soft touch.
One end of this obi is open, and there is no stiff lining inside. If you prefer a stiff obi and would like us to insert the lining, additional $40-$50 is needed.
It has a folding line in the middle and a slight small stain as photos show.
It is partly frayed in places(just slightly).
However as a whole it is in very good condition.
