This is a jinken(rayon) nagoya obi from mid-Showa period.
It has sedate kiku(chrysanthemum) pattern, which is woven elaborately.
It has textured and soft touch.
There are some small stains along the edge, and slightly frayed on the one end.
However as a whole it is in very good condition.
Nagoya obi needs some accessories to complete the square bow
in a traditional style.
You will need an obi makura pillow, obijime cord and obiage sash. Please contact us if you need accessories.
