This is a silk fukuro obi from mid-Showa period. It has elegant peony pattern, which is woven. It has textured and soft touch. There are some slight small patinas on a folded line, both end, the solid part, and the rest part has several slight small patinas in places as well. Both ends of this obi are open, and there is no stiff lining inside. If you prefer a stiff obi and would like us to insert the lining, additional $40-$50 is needed. As a whole it is in very good condition. *Approx background color - Off White Softness ( Exceptionally Soft, Soft, Medium, Comparatively Stiff, Stiff ) Description: Sasai
