This is a silk haori from mid-Showa period(Showa:1926-1989). It has bold flower motif, which is dyed with shibori(tie-dye) technique over fine kanoko shibori(tie-dye) pattern. It has rough and soft touch. Matching haori ties are attached. It has small patinas on backside & front of both sleeves, and around chest area(approx 2 to 3 each). Its lining has a couple of slight small patinas. However as a whole it is in very good condition. *Approx background color - Dark Purple HTML code (533257)
