This is a vintage maru obi from Pre WW2.
It has sophisticated scroll with tsuzumi(Japanese hand drum), instrument, phoenix, flowers, & royal cart pattern, which is woven gorgeously.
Textile is silk and synthetic blend, and has textured and medium touch.
It has a folding line in the middle, and the corners of both ends of this obi are slightly worn out.
However as a whole it is in very good condition.
