This is a jinken(rayon) fukuro obi from mid-Showa period.
It has charming kikko (tortoiseshell) with flower pattern, which is woven over genteel tatewaku design.
It has textured and soft touch.
There are slight small patinas all over on the solid part, white patterned part, & the other side.
Still it will be a good material for your handicraft.
