This is an old katagami paper set for yuzen dyeing.
It is from mid Showa period(Showa:1926-1989).
This set has 4 pieces, which is from 26 piecese set.
Each piece is for a different color, so this awase katagami is for 26 colors dyeing. All pieces have different pattern, and if you carerfully layer them, its patterns match, and you will come to know how the pieces were used.
They have some stains, tapes and some tears in the hems. But as a whole they are in very good condition.
*size 20.1in(51cm) x 32.3in(82cm)
( We put the prices for their patterns. If they includes more complicate pieces, we put higher prices.
Approx - complicate one for $30, and simple one for $10)
