This is a vintage maru obi from Pre WW2.
It has fabulous tsuzumi, peacock, and paulownia patterns, which are woven tastefully.
Textile is jinken(rayon), and has textured and soft touch.
The first half length has four discolored lines, and another half length of the other side has two. Also there are some slight small patinas or smudges on this item.
Still it will be a good material for your handicraft.
