This enchanting tsumugi kimono is from mid-showa period (showa: 1926-1989). It has enchanting flower pattern through out, which is woven colorfully. There are many woven marks in this bolt, and that is a distinctive point of tsumugi textile. Textile is silk, and it has soft and slightly textured touch. Its lining is discolored, has somewhat larger patinas and stains. (please see photos) There are a few stains on left chest area. Slight stains can be seen along the bottom edge lining of the item However, as a whole, it is in very good condition.
