This is a women's haori from mid-Showa period(Showa:1926-1989). It has an attractive 'matsu'(pine tree) motif, which is dyed with shibori technique. shibori is Japanese tie dyeing technique, and it gives the textile such an unique texture. Textile is silk and has soft smooth touch. There are a few noticeable stains in the back of right shoulder. There are also a few patina on the white part. Lining is discolored but as a whole, it is in very good condition. *Approx background color - HTML code ( 9A1242)
