This is a kimono fabric cut into houmogi shape and stitched roughly before sewing to make houmongi. Kimono is made of a bolt of cloth which is 14.2" in width.
This houmongi has elegant flowers motif, which is dyed with yuzen technique. Its yuzen work is graceful and artistic.
It has small patinas all over it, but it will be an excellent material for your handicraft.
