This tsumugi bolt is for kimono. Its kikko (tortoiseshell) pattern is woven. Its textile is tumugi silk, and has medium and textured touch. There are many woven marks overall that is a particular feature of tsumugi weaving.
There are several patinas at even 100cm-39.4" intervals. But it will be an excellent material for your handicraft.
