This is an antique maru obi from Meiji peirod ( 1868-1912). It has elegant pine tree and ivy pattern, which is woven elaborately. Textile is exquisite silk, and has very soft touch. Unfortunately it has some ( approx 15 stains at intervals), and prominent folding line. But it is still very charming piece. *Approx background color - HTML code ( E3E29F)
