This is a vintage kasuri fabric. It has elegant geometric pattern, which is double ikat. Textile has stiff touch, but it seems to be from paste. (We partly washed it, and its part become softer ).
From its hem, kasuri looks machine woven, but its pattern has charm of good kasuri. ( Please check the detail photos).
It has some tears, and they are repaired from the other side. Many other kasuri or other cotton fabris are used, and it looks as if an abstract art.
