This is an antique fukusa from Meiji peirod ( 1868-1912). It is made of valuable chirimen silk, and has elegant pattern, which is dyed with yuzen technique vividly. Stream, maple leaf, ume blossom, pine tree, bamboo and crane are dyed elegantly.
It has a few slight stains in the right side, and the wrong side has several pin holes. But as a whole it is in very good condition.
