This is a vintage kasuri cotton fabric pre WWII. Its beautiful double ikat pattern - bamboo, ume blossom , takasago( old couple and pine tree) pattern is hand woven elaborately.
It is considered to be from Kurume district.
It has a tiny hole, but as a whole it is in very good condition, and will be an excellent material for handicraft.
