This is a vintage furoshiki from San'in district. It has unique kamon and bird-on-ume-blossom motif, which is dyed with tsutsugaki technique. Background color is dyed with 2 colors ( 'somewake'), and its pattern is very impressive.
It has a hole, a repaired tear, and several stains.
But as a whole it is in very good condition. |
