This vintage kasuri kimono has beautiful and small dot pattern, which is hand woven. ( weft ikat )
Textile is thick and exceptionally soft touch.
We got this kimono at Tohoku district. We are not sure it was woven in Tohoku, or Kurume, but anyway its hand-woven texture is valuable and charming.
It has some stains,but as a whole it is in very good condition.
It will be an excellent material for handicraft. |
