This is a vintage furoshiki with dramatic kamon and auspicious motifs, which is dyed with tsutsugaki technique. Textile is very thick cotton, and has exceptionally soft touch. It is dyed with ai (Japanese natural indigo) and has deep and well worn indigo blue color.
Its tsutsugaki pattern has very skilled and vivid lines.
It has a small holes near one corner, and some slight stains, but as a whole it is in very good condition.
