This is a vintage noragi(farmer's work wear) from Tohoku district. It has beautiful maple leaf pattern, which is stenciled. It is made of soft cotton textile and lined with well worn solid blue cotton. Layerd textiles was jointed with sashiko stitches.
It has some tears, wears and holes. But it is still charming piece for its pattern and soft cotton textile.
We always imagine the harsh life of the owner in olden times when we touch the vintage noragi.
This piece is for the connoisseurs.
