This kimono has exceptionally elegant peony and rose motif, which is hand painted with yuzen technique. It also has 'kaioke' ( the hexagonal container for the clam shells, which were used ancient shell matching game 'kaiawase'.) motif. It has nostalgic atmosphere.
Some parts have gold couching, and textile has exceptionally soft touch.
It has a tear in the neck, and some stains. But as a whole it is in very good condition.
