This is cotton futon cover from pre WWII. It has beautiful kasuri pattern. Tortoises, cranes and geometric pattern are woven with ikat technique. Its pattern is unique and exotic. It is from Shikoku district.
This fabric is made with four fabrics and sewn to one piece.
It has a few slight stains, but as a whole it is in very good condition.
