This is a vintage Nagoya obi with a shibori(tie-dyed) stripe pattern that consists of kanoko dots, and kicho(partition used by noble people in ancient days) and flower pattern, which is dyed.
Embroidery work is added to the design partly.
The textile is exquisite silk and has soft touch.
The wrong side is black 'shusu'(satin) silk.
The 'Maegara' (front patterned part) is on one side.
When you start wrapping the obi from your left tummy to right(Rotate obi clockwise), Maegara will show.

The length is very long, and 418cm(13'9") long.

The right side fabric is shrunk, and the wrong side fabric is seen from the right side.

It has slight discoloration all over.
The corner of one end is frayed a little.
For details, please check the figure and photos.

Though it has some flaws by ages, please enjoy its full taste of vintage!
