This is a vintage
Irotomesode Kimono with a dynamic large waves, tsuzumi(a Japanese hand drum), fan, and seasonal flowers such as 'kiku'(chrysanthemum), botan(peony) and ran(orchid), which is dyed.
The traditional pattern stands out against the blue base.
The textile is glossy rinzu silk with a woven sayagata(arranged swastika) and flower pattern, and has soft touch.
It has a dyed kamon(family crest) on the nape.
The collar is 'hiro-eri'(unfolded).
It has discoloration in the base due to its age, especially in the shoulders and collar end, that is prominent.
There are red dyestuffs on the pattern of the left front panel.(no photo about that)
There are some other dyestuffs.(E)
There are some other faults such as yellow patches(patina), so please check the figures and photos for details.
Though it has some flaws by ages, please enjoy its full taste of vintage!
