This is a stylish Tsumugi Nagoya obi with black-and-white painting like prawn design, which is dyed.
'Hige' - weft yarns come out like 'hige'(beard) is added to the woven stripe pattern.
Textile is Tsumugi silk and has soft touch.
There are designer's signature on upper 'tare'(wide end).
Although not shown on the figure, it has a hole of 1mm(0.03in) size on the left edge of bottom 'otaiko'(square bow), that could be hidden when you tie it.
It has slight discoloration and tiny patinas on the base due to its age.(A,B,C)
It also has some other flaws such as slight folding lines.

Though it has some flaws, it is still wearable enough.
