This is a vintage thin Maru obi for summer.
A design of stream, tsdsumi(a Japanese hand drum), fan, fuyou(confederate rose) and sakura(cherry blossom) is dyed and embroidered.
The embroidered design is gorgeous and three-dimensional, attracting notice.
The textile is transparent silk with silver foil threads and has soft touch.

The pattern on the otaiko(square bow) part is designed upside down from kaikiri-line(end mark line) to be tied with hikinuki style.
There are three embroidered designs, each of which is on the 'otaiko'(the square bow) and 'maegara'(the front design) of the right side, and on the 'tare-saki'(tare end) of the wrong side.
The 'maegara'(the front design) on the wrong side has only a dyed stream design.

There are prominent folding lines, and tiny pattern with discoloration on the base though the figure doesn't indicate that.
There are a tiny brown stain on the 'otaiko'(the square bow)(refer to the 2nd photo of flaws), mentioned (X) in the figure, and the other stains shown in the figure are like reddish dyestuff.
For other details, please check the figures and photos.

Though it has some flaws by ages, please enjoy its full taste of vintage!
