This is a vintage Chuya Obi with refreshing flower on vase design, which is dyed.
Fine embroidery work on the main parts and shibori(tie-dye) technique on the waterfall vertical stripe pattern on its base are added.
Textile is exquisite silk and has soft touch.
The wrong side is 'Shusu'(satin) silk.

The blackish stains on the 'Maegara' (front patterned part) are slight and not so noticeable. (refer to the 3rd flaws photo)
It has one more tiny brown stain on the tare, but it will be hidden when tied.
Though not indicated, it has slight frays on both corners.
It has some other flaws such as discoloration by ages and folding lines.
For the details, please refer to the photos and the sheet.

Though it has some flaws by ages, please enjoy its full taste of vintage!
